We handle most returns & exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange, but if you send us an email and we are happy to help you as best as we can.

If you purchased Wolf's Head products from a 3rd party retailer or online store other than the Wolf's Head official online store, please contact the retailer directly.

If returning a product, please ensure the product is packed securely to prevent damage in transit. We are not liable for products damaged in transit and any damaged products received will be disposed of or returned to the sender without a refund.
Refunds are typically processed within 2-3 business days once the returned product arrives and is inspected. You will receive an email as soon as the refund is processed. Please allow 7-10 business days once your refund is processed to be credited by your bank or credit card company.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order if the product is unopened with the original seals on it and with a valid receipt or order number from our web store.

Clothing and Accessories
We only offer full refunds or exchanges on used/opened products if there is a manufacturing defect or if the product arrives damaged in transit (if shipped directly via FedEx or USPS).
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order if the product is unused and unwashed with a valid receipt or order number from our online store.
Any return requests after 14 days is dealt with on a case-by-case basis; returns past 14 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We cannot guarantee return requests past 14 days of ordering from our online store.
