Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, no stress.

Pomades can be returned, even if opened, especially if there’s an issue like damage, a formula concern, or it just didn’t sit right with your hair. We handle all grooming product returns on a case by case basis for quality control.

To start a return email info@shopwolfshead.com with your order number and a quick note. Photos help, but they’re not required.

You’ll cover return shipping unless we made a mistake. Most refunds are processed within 2–3 business days of receiving the return.
