HOW WE GOT STARTED.

We founded Wolf's Head in Santa Barbara, California in 2014 with the simple idea to make, carry and offer only quality made goods and services.

What began as a small menswear shop with a single barber chair has grown into a brand making headwear, clothing, grooming, and everyday essentials.

If you ever stopped by our first store on State St. in downtown Santa Barbara, you were one of the lucky ones.

A shop way ahead of its time. Japanese denim from 3sixteen and Freenote Cloth, workwear from Carhartt WIP and Red Wing, and the hardest to find streetwear brands like Born X Raised and Anthem NYC lined the racks.

It was a culture hub. Quality made clothing, a clean haircut, pomades, and everyday essentials like socks and accessories, all in one shop.

We made our own goods too. Indigo dyed vintage French work coats and military jackets, graphic tees and custom headwear with Ebbets Field Flannels. We still hold those same values and we still make and sell the best goods we can find.

HEADWEAR PROGRAM

We currently offer our own custom made New Era 9FIFTY snapbacks, 59FIFTY fitteds, 19Twenty Golfers and the popular Santa Barbara Dodgers program.

THE BLANKS.

We spent two years making our own.

The body is 10.5oz, 353 GSM combed cotton jersey with a 1" set in collar made from 14.8oz, 506 GSM ribbed cotton. The cotton is custom milled, washed, combed, and cut and sewn for us in Los Angeles, in the facilities trusted by some of the most respected names in American made clothing.

SCREEN PRINTED IN SANTA BARBARA.

Every Wolf's Head graphic tee is printed locally by Foundation Press using traditional plastisol.
