Welcome to the second sauce release from Strongarm Barbeque. Apeiron sauce was a little over a year in development.  I remember the first trial runs, we had about 6 different options on the tasting table with different ingredients and tweaks here and there.  The idea of improving on buffalo sauce was a pretty hard concept to grasp and SA learned in that process that a ton of additions to the general recipe only convoluted a simple truth; buffalo sauce is a near perfect flavor.  But, we did add and tweak the general formula and we ended up with what we call a Savory Buffalo Sauce that is a continuation of an endlessly good and applicable flavor.

Apeiron Sauce is a familiar flavor but with hints and tones of depth and complexity that we hope Strongarm is becoming known for.  It is endlessly important to us that our flavors are meaningful and add an extra layer to your cooking experience. 

Apeiron Sauce is produced with the freshest ingredients and bottled in Southern California.

SA does not use any thickening agents so settling and separation is completely normal.   Please shake well before use.  Once opened, please refrigerate and that sauce will stay for a long long time

We do our best to process orders within a day except, but processing can occasionally take up to 3 business days or if you ordered . Once processed, you'll receive shipping confirmation and a tracking number. Upon placing your order, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Most orders arrive much quicker and we offer a few different shipping services during checkout if you need to get your items sooner.

We handle most returns & exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange, but if you send us an email and we are happy to help you as best as we can.

We stand behind our quality products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.

If you purchased Wolf's Head products from a 3rd party retailer or online store other than the Wolf's Head official online store, please contact the retailer directly.

If you purchased from us directly, please contact us at info@shopwolfshead.com with your name, order number, and reason for returning or exchanging. Photos and/or videos will help.

If returning a product, please ensure the product is packed securely to prevent damage in transit. We are not liable for products damaged in transit and any damaged products received will be disposed of or returned to the sender without a refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 2-3 business days once the returned product arrives and is inspected. You will receive an email as soon as the refund is processed. Please allow 7-10 business days once your refund is processed to be credited by your bank or credit card company.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order if the product is unopened with the original seals on it and with a valid receipt or order number from our web store.

For used/opened products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at info@shopwolfshead.com for more information.

Clothing and Accessories

We only offer full refunds or exchanges on used/opened products if there is a manufacturing defect or if the product arrives damaged in transit (if shipped directly via FedEx or USPS).

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order if the product is unused and unwashed with a valid receipt or order number from our online store.

Any return requests after 14 days is dealt with on a case-by-case basis; returns past 14 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We cannot guarantee return requests past 14 days of ordering from our online store.
